Getting in Gear
The introduction gives you a long view of the entire course and introduces you to the tools and resources available to you.
Module 2
Business and Customer
Understand your client’s business model. Be able to describe how their company makes and spends money, how they differ from their competition

Capabilities and Value
Business capabilities provide a common language, enable us to identify which parts of the business need to be focused and improved on

Roadmaps and Architecture
Aligning strategies helps the organization to drive the corporation, business units and capabilities in the same direction, optimizing value.

Stories and Options
Sharpens your communication skills to become a confident architect. Learn to challenge effectively, explain impact clearly, and drive successful projects.
Module 6
Structure and Assessment
Make the decisions that map to the business objectives, imperatives, and risk aversion without you being able to determine which quality attributes
Module 7
Agile, Roles and Stakeholders
The extended team impacts and related activities. This is where you put together your punch list of resources needed to deliver and operate.
