Cancellations and Refund Policy

Iasa Global Cancellations and Refunds

Iasa Global reserves the right to postpone, cancel, change instructors or change the location of a training event due to reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient enrollment, instructor illness or force majeure.
Iasa Global will make every effort to make such changes at least 10 business days prior to the start of the training event. Iasa Global will notify students as soon as any such change occurs.

In the event of event cancellation by Iasa Global, a student has two options:

  • 100% refund of course fees paid within 30 days of request for refund.
  • Attend another course of equal or lesser value within one year of cancellation

Course or Event Attendee Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations initiated by the student will follow the guidelines below:

  • Request received 10 or more business days prior to the event will be eligible for full refund within 30 days of request refund or a transfer to another course of equal or lesser value within one year of cancellation.
  • Request received 3-9 business days prior to event will be eligible for credit transfer to another course or event of equal or lesser value within one year of cancellation.
  • Request received less than 3 business days prior to event or “no shows” will not be eligible for
    refund or credit transfer.
  • Registrant substitutions may be made at any time prior to the event.

Annual Membership Cancellations and Refunds

Memberships purchased are not eligible for refund. Individuals may request removal from our system at any time.
