Continue from capability development to develop a community that enhances sharing, culture and responsibility across the Architect Community Based on coaching and mentoring infrastructure that covers Enroll, Match, Guide, Measure and Grow Variety of learning modalities available to provide flexibility around time-specific commitments including:
- Full Academy-Style (12 week)
- Assisted-Learning with instructor-coaching (6-8 weeks)
In both models, based on our Academy experience, the time spent with an instructor should be prioritized to drive conversation, sharing and activity relevance.

Iasa Engagement model for Architects & Architecture teams focuses on:
