AI Delivery & Strategy Certification

AI Delivery & Strategy Certification

Welcome to the IASA AI CORE COURSE! It is an absolute pleasure working with architects from all over the world on understanding and growing our professional practice. We hope to work with you as well both to teach and to learn. The IASA curriculum is designed by architects, with architects and for architects. It is my life’s mission and true joy to have seen these ideas emerge and take root in our field.

Throughout the course, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the different modalities with an effective AI practice. You’ll learn how to start with a business problem, determine if it is an effective use case for AI implementation, understand how to train and validate an AI model, and deploy and monitor ML solutions via MLOps best practices. A governance model for AI adoption and proliferation is explored through an AI Center of Excellence, which is quickly becoming the de facto solution within large organizations to accelerate ethical AI adoption while staying within the regulatory and compliance requirements unique to their particular sector and geography.

The Iasa AI Course emphasizes implementing AI with a business-first mindset. You’ll discover how to prioritize security, scalability, performance, resilience, and adaptability quality attributes within an AI architecture, ensuring the solutions you create directly support business growth and innovation. You’ll also be able to articulate how an efficacious AI adoption is a mindset and a goal rather than merely a means, balancing the costs of a bespoke ML model with the rewards it can bestow on various business units. You’ll learn strategies for communicating AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, building consensus, and fostering collaboration.

The IASA AI Delivery and Strategy Course offers several advantages: the opportunity to earn the globally recognized certification, a curriculum designed by experienced AI architects, and access to IASA’s supportive community of professionals.

Who is this course for?

The IASA AI Delivery and Strategy Course is ideal for IT executives, directors, managers, architects, and senior technical practitioners that want to accelerate their company’s ethical and effective AI adoption. These leaders will be confident when taking the best practices and lessons learned in this course directly back to their respective
organizations to have an immediate and palpable impact.

Why this AI course?

This course focuses on deciphering the signal from the noise when it comes to AI adoption, and on maximizing the benefit of applying AI to an organization’s unique business domain while minimizing the risks and potential downsides inherent to any AI adoption.

This course is divided into twelve lessons with labs in between to cover topics relevant to technical executives and practitioners when it comes to implementing AI in an enterprise setting. A programming background is not required to get the most out of this course, only an open mind to what other companies have done to effectively leverage AI as well which areas to avoid that are devoid of substance.

You’ll need to think strategically, anticipate the ever-evolving technology landscape, and act as a catalyst for innovation within your organizations. Our curriculum is designed to foster these business skills in addition to your deeper technical understanding.

Remember, the field of architecture is constantly in flux. New paradigms emerge, technologies disrupt, and the expectations of businesses change at a breakneck pace. AI has taken the world by storm with the advent of OpenAI’s ChatGPT, with new regulations and legislation attempting to keep pace with the advances in algorithms and implementations. The knowledge and perspectives you gain here will create a strong foundation, but this is just the beginning. As an architect, you must commit to lifelong learning and continuous adaptation.
