Our Chapters Mission is to provide the highest standards in education and certification in IT Architecture in Canada  and build capacity by augmenting the number of certified IT Architecture professionals serving in the Canadian marketplace. The Canada chapter works towards the development of "professional status" for software and enterprise architects and promote thought leadership and collaboration amongst IT Architecture professionals.

    David Del Giudice | President

    David Del Giudice is the President of the Iasa Canada Chapter and the Chief Architect of Enterprise Information Services at AstraZeneca, a Global 500 bio-pharmaceutical. In his role as Chief Architect, David is accountable for architecture across AstraZeneca’s corporate functions and enterprise delivery centres. As a member of the federated Enterprise Architecture Board, he drives AstraZeneca’s technology investment roadmap and fully consolidated Target State Architecture for all business functions. Prior to his current role, David led the organisational transformation of the Enterprise Information Services function and was a leader in establishing AstraZeneca’s global application development outsourced partnership model. Before joining AstraZeneca, David held leadership positions at Dell, General Electric, and Union Energy.

    Andrew Reydman | Vice President

    Andrew Reydman is the Vice President of the Iasa Canada Chapter and a Sr. Director at Avanade, the world’s largest global Microsoft-focused consulting firm. Based in Toronto, he is responsible for leading the Application Development service line for central Canada. Andrew drives Avanade’s growth by developing capabilities that enable profitable sales and delivery of market-relevant solutions. In his role, he fosters a customer-centric culture that provides professional growth opportunities for a variety of specialized global workforces.  These teams collaborate seamlessly together to realize high-value customer results.   Andrew has over 15 years of experience delivering complex information technology solutions for global enterprise customers across several industries, including Financial Services, Utility, Oil & Gas, and Transportation.

    Eric McCance | Treasurer

    Eric McCance brings over 14 years of experience as a results-driven professional delivering Microsoft-centric infrastructure solutions and providing enterprise consulting services.  Currently at Avanade, Eric is a leader, leveraging his technology passion in the Infrastructure Service Line, actively engaged as a mentor, and recognized as a specialist in enterprise desktop management.  As an accomplished manager, Eric excels leading and motivating teams with a proven history of delivery that spans industry including Financial Services, Education, Oil & Gas, and Pharmaceutical.

    Linda Jarvis | Chapter Leader

    Linda Jarvis is a senior IT leader with a solid background in business transformation, enterprise architecture, and systems development developed through 25 years of business and I+IT experiences. Linda currently heads up the enterprise architecture practice at PRESTO – A Division of Metrolinx. She provides strategic direction and advice supporting the execution of PRESTO’s business and I+IT strategies.  Prior to her current role, Linda was the Chief Architect in the Ontario Public Service accountable for the development and delivery of the Enterprise Architecture Program. She transformed enterprise architecture governance with a focus on driving agility and responsiveness to business & IT drivers.  Linda has held several leadership roles in operational policy and program delivery across several Ontario ministries including Transportation, Natural Resources, Environment, and Health and Long Term Care

    David Peterson | Chapter Leader

    A technology leader and a trusted advisor with over 20 years of proven solution architecture, technical pre-sales direction and delivery capability experience. David has deep technical knowledge and established architecture capability with strategic business acumen to drive enterprise solutions and customer satisfaction. As Microsoft Canada Services, Chief Technology Officer, David provides strategic technical direction and technical leadership to senior management of Microsoft Enterprise Services Canada. Responsibilities include customer-facing activities, delivery support, technical leadership and technical strategy. David’s involved in business and technical risk management as well as the entire IT lifecycle, with broad focus on technical talent, consistent delivery, innovation and technology alignment.


    Julie M. Powers | Canada Chapter Events Coordinator

    Julie Powers is excited to join the Canada Chapter of Iasa as the Chapter Events Coordinator. Julie has her Post Graduate Diploma of Events Management, and has spent numerous years in the field of planning, managing and execution of events including conferences, meetings, galas and fundraisers. Julie is a co-founder CANAAF, a not for profit that has grown with successful independence. Julie looks forward to building the Iasa Canada Chapter's events and educational opportunities alongside the Toronto Leadership Team.
