Mr. Sunny LEE Wai-kwong, JP
Executive Director, Information Technology, The Hong Kong Jockey Club
Mr Sunny W K Lee joined The Hong Kong Jockey Club as Executive Director, Information Technology in July 2006. Mr Lee heads a team of over 430 IT professionals, to provide innovative technology solutions that contribute significantly to the Club's mission and strategic objectives.
Mr Lee has extensive IT experience gained in both Hong Kong and overseas. Prior to joining the Jockey Club, he spent 10 years at the Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) where he was an Executive Committee Member and held a number of key positions at the Company, including Chief Information Officer of the Group and Chief Executive Officer of two strategic diversification businesses, iCare.com Limited and Towngas Telecommunications Company Limited.
Between 1990 to 1996, Mr Lee was Vice President and Systems Director of the Bank of America in Hong Kong, where he played a key role in building up IT capabilities to support the Bank's business expansion in Asia. He has also previously held key IT positions in the financial, management consulting and manufacturing industries in the USA.
Mr Lee takes time to serve in many high level advisory committees in the academic, professional and community arena, and is currently President of the Hong Kong Computer Society as well as a member of the Hong Kong SAR Digital 21 Advisory Committee. In 1999, he was a recipient of Hong Kong's Ten Outstanding Young Digi Persons Award for his contributions to IT. He has received two CIO Awards from CIO Asia Magazine, the first in 2002 and again in 2007 for the Club's Veterinary Management Information System. Mr Lee is also a recipient of the 2007 China Top CIO Award, awarded by CEOCIO China Magazine and IDC (China).
Mr. KC Fung

KC Fung has extensive hands on experience with the architecture, design, implementation and support of information systems involving multi-protocol networking and multiple operating systems environment. KC is particularly strong in service-driven IT infrastructure (Cloud infrastructure, Virtualized datacenter, Internet Service Provider, e-Commerce, Internet Security, Application Framework), Information Lifecyle Management and cross-platform integration.
KC Fung is currently the Director of Technology Solutions for EMC Hong Kong. In his current position, he is responsible for leading a team of technology professionals to help EMC customers to select, architect, plan, implement and manage the appropriate information infrastructure solution.

Ms. Agnes Mak has over 20 years of experience in information technology, with a proven track record of using IT as a tool for business growth and performance improvement, operations, and cost control in alignment with business objectives, policies and priorities. Prior to joining SUNDAY, she was the Head of IT of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, Head of IT - Asia Pacific North of British American Tobacco China and the Director of MIS of The Gap (Far East) Ltd.
Ms. Mak has been a strong advocate in the IT community along with her successful full-time career. She was the President of the Hong Kong Computer Society and is currently , a council member of the Hong Kong Productivity Council, a member of the Finance Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Authority, a member of the General Support Program Vetting Committee of the Innovation and Technology Fund and the Chairperson of the Information & Communications Technology / Industry Training Advisory Committee of Education & Manpower Bureau.
Ms. Kwok Suk Wah

She is currently the CIO of Aon Hong Kong, which is the regional headquarters for Aon Asia - the 15-country Asian arm of Aon Corporation. Worldwide, Aon is the largest reinsurance broker and, in 2006 also went from the second largest to become the largest insurance broker in the world in terms of brokerage revenue. It operates in more than 120 countries with over 43,000 employees working in more than 500 offices. Its 2006 global revenue is ranked among the top 250 companies on the Fortune 500.
She joined Aon Hong Kong in 2001 as their first CIO, and witnessed the crucial change of IT taking on more a strategic role, rather than just an operational one. Increasingly so, CIOs are expected to become a business partner and an opportunity enabler. And the exciting expansion of Aon within Asia has truly demonstrated the importance of IT in facilitating business growth.

Dr. Winnie Tang holds a Ph.D. degree from The University of Hong Kong. She is the Founder and CEO of ESRI China (Hong Kong) Limited, one of the international offices of ESRI. ESRI is one of the world top 100 software companies, and the 4th largest privately-owned software company in the world. In Hong Kong, Dr. Tang is a frequent guest speaker and guest professor for universities grooming our future IT talents and professionals. She is enthusiastic about the development of Geographic Information System (GIS) and has published over 50 research papers, books and journals, including "Connecting Our World: GIS Web Services" and "Spatial Portals: Gateways to Geographic Information", etc..
With her strong believe and insight that Geographic Information System (GIS) can make a difference, Dr. Tang is one of the pioneers in bringing the latest GIS solutions to the public and private sectors in Hong Kong. Some of the major GIS applications she introduced to the public sector include: 'Country Park Information System' for Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, 'Natural Slope Monitoring with Mobile GIS' for Civil Engineering Department, 'Digital Mapping System' for Water Supplies Department, 'Third Generation Mobilizing System' for Fire Services Department, 'Remote Monitoring System' for Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 'Database System for Handling Environmental Pollution Complaints' for Environmental Protection Department, 'Artificial Intelligence Crime Analysis and Management System' for Hong Kong Police Force, and 'School Information Portal' for Education Department. Dr. Wong Chung-kiu is the founder and Managing Principal of iASPEC, a group of companies providing IT consulting services, software products and services in Hong Kong, mainland China and North America. The company was established in 1988 and continues to maintain its headquarters in Hong Kong.
Dr. Wong obtained his Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from the University of California. He served as the Principal Architect in a State of California government data centre from 1975 to 1981. He received the Distinguished Services Award from the California Government in 1979. Dr. Wong returned to Mainland China in 1982 and has served in several state-operated organizations and has held senior positions in international IT companies in the Mainland and Hong Kong SAR.
Dr. Wong is a Distinguished Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society. He is a member of the University Grants Committee; a member of the Advisory Committee on Creative Industry of the Central Policy Unit in the Hong Kong SAR Government. Dr. Wong servers as members in the Advisory Committee of various engineering faculties and IT related academic departments in the local universities and those in mainland China as well as the United States.
